Through Tim Tebow’s Eyes

He was a nervous wreck all week in New York. The next day though was the time he would make it or break it. When he got to the theater he was greeted by hundreds of Gator’s fans. The candidates sat in the front row waited patiently and intensely to hear the winner of the Heisman trophy. Tim Tebow was always told he could never succeed in his sports, but all that did to him was made him work harder. Readers will know why Tim Tebow worked so hard and became so victorious.
Tim was always told he could never be good at sports but the author Nathan Whitaker really described how Tim Tebow worked so much harder than the other players. One of the reasons he improved so much more than the other kids is that him and his brothers would constantly play sports even if none of them played that sport. He was the youngest out of his brothers so it would be a harder challenge for him as he played the sports. His parents always believed in him and pushed him to be his best. When it was his time to shine and show everyone that he could be successful he did just that. He started to be the greatest athlete in his school by playing a lot of sports and becoming so good at them.
Tebow became a top pick to go into college for his speed and strength and ability to throw the ball. Florida picked him up for from Nease High School to get in and play right away. He wanted to show everyone that he could succeed and prove all the people that doubted him that he could do it. In his career in Florida he won the Heisman in 2007 and also won two championships one in 2007 and the other in 2009. In the 2010 NFL Draft Tim was drafted 25th pick overall to the Denver Broncos. Denver didn’t know if they wanted to play him the first year so they didn’t instead they played the more experienced quarterback. When it was his time to play he made the most of it and took the Broncos to the 2nd round of the playoffs.
The Tebow’s were always and still to this day a very hard working and a motivating family. Mrs. and Mr. Tebow helped Tim so much by encouraging him and telling him not to listen to everyone and their comments about how he couldn’t make college or even professional football. All the people that tried to bring him down and make him quit only made him work harder and get to college and the NFL. Tim work really hard to be successful and that’s exactly what he did by leading his team into two BCS championships and becoming a NFL quarterback.
